If you are retired, but you want to keep on working, you must declare your professional activity without delay. If you neglect to do so, sanctions will be imposed.

You do not declare your professional activity in time
Payment of your pension will be suspended for 1 month. 
In case of repetition payment will be suspended for 3 months.

Your husband/wife does not declare his/her professional activity in time
For one month, your family pension will be converted into a pension for singles.
In case of repetition your family pension will be converted into a pension for singles for a period of 3 months.
