Lodge an appeal
If you do not agree with the imposed sanction, you can lodge an appeal with the labour court. The appeal must be submitted within 3 months following the announcement of the decision.

Appeal for remission of debt
You can appeal for remission of debt with the Council for the Payment of Benefits of the National Pension Agency. You can do so for reasons of social or material nature.
The request must mention the arguments of social and material nature you think you can call upon. It has to be sent by registered post to the following address within 3 months after the announcement of the decision:
