General conditions
If you are divorced and you wish to receive a pension, you must meet the following general pension requirements:

• you must have reached retirement age
• you must prove the professional career of your former husband/wife as a self-employed person or assistant
• you must submit a request

Additional conditions
Moreover, there are a number of additional requirements:

• you cannot be declared divest of parental authority
• you cannot have remarried
• you cannot have been condemned for having had designs on the life of your ex-husband/wife
• you cannot be entitled to a survivorship pension from a previous marriage
