Post-retirement activities
You continue your activities as an artist
Once retired, you may continue to work as a self-employed artist. If that is your only professional activity, a special rule is in effect.


You receive only royalties
Whoever receives no more than royalties drops out of the social status of self-employed persons on reaching the retirement age.
Once entitled to a pension, you can receive royalties without this having consequences for your social security obligations.
