The ARP or the Royal Decree of December 22nd 1967 with regard to the General Regulation concerning the retirement and survivorship pension of self-employed persons (Belgian Law Gazette of January 10th 1968) is the executive resolution for the pension plan for self-employed persons. It has been modified several times since then.
