Conditions
To join another social security fund, your company must comply with the following two requirements:

• your company must have been an affiliated member of the same social security fund for at least 3 years
• the annual contributions (principal sum and other sums) must have been paid
  
  
  

Procedure
If these conditions are fulfilled, the company can join another social security fund as of January 1st.
The company can submit its request to the new fund of its choice. This request is to be submitted between January 1st and June 30th of the year preceding the year in which the company wants to switch to the new social security fund.

Example: The company wants to join the new social security fund in 2004. The request is to be submitted between January 1st and June 30th of 2003.
