Criterion amount for company contributions
= balance sheet total as declared in the company’s annual account for the book year closed in 2007 and deposited with the National Bank of Belgium (NBB).

• Balance sheet total < or = € 604.112,25
  Company contribution = € 347,50
  
  
• Balance sheet total > € 604.112,25
  Company contribution = € 852,50

The required data will be communicated directly by the NBB to the NISSE and the social insurance funds. The companies whose balance sheet total does not exceed € 604.112,25 are not required to prove that they are in compliance with the criterion.

Examples

• The NV ALPHA has deposited with the NBB an annual account (financial year closed on 30/9/2009) with a balance sheet total of € 450.000.
  Company contribution for 2011 = € 347,50.
• The BVBA OMEGA has deposited with the NBB an annual account (financial year closed on 31/12/2009) with a balance sheet total of € 1.250.000.
  Company contribution for 2011 = € 852,50.

Contributions 1992-2003
The amount of the contribution was a flat-rate sum equal for all companies.
